10. Safe Transfer & Decanting

Control the Material From Container to Container

Participants learn safe principles for applicable transfer activities:

  4. Avoid uncontrolled pouring.

  5. Use appropriate transfer equipment.

14. Exposure Response

Know the First Actions

Potential exposure routes may include:

Splash or contact with the eyes.

03 — SKIN CONTACT

Contact with hazardous materials.

04 — INGESTION

  2. Move to a safe area where appropriate.

15. Fire Safety Around Hazardous Materials

Participants learn awareness of:

Control Exposure at the Source
